Ben founded Eclipse in 2010 in order to get hands on with design-led research after managing web and mobile strategy, research, and experience design on global products. He is passionate about making research that drives change by informing real and important business decisions. 

Elli's focus is on giving seldom heard groups a voice in the design of the services, spaces, and policies that affect them. She draws on her background in ethnographic research, user-centred design and experience with digital research tools to engage with communities and individuals.

Oliver is passionate about research that carries the potential to improve people’s lives and has a particular interest in designing for financial behaviour. He has a background in psychology and holds an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction.

Paula is a user-centered, problem-solving designer with a background in psychology and UX. She is passionate about creating useful, effective and delightful human-centered solutions that are firmly based on research. She is also responsible for the interaction design and visual outputs. 

Chris joined Eclipse in 2018 having lead the Behaviour Change practice at Ipsos MORI Social Research Institute. He focuses on the application of behavioural thinking, theory and evidence to design-led research and is a proponent of mixed-methods and rigorous, pragmatic, solutions-oriented research.

Maik takes the lead on the creation, format and handling of the media assets we gather through hundreds of hours of film and analysis. He takes responsibility for the technical and stylistic interpretation of our media output.
