What we're up to:
We are an inclusive, person-centred, research and design company based in Old Street, London. Our research generates insight and identifies opportunities from which we design pragmatic solutions with impact. We have innovated with brands such as Department of Health, Doncaster Council, Nesta, HIF, Faster payments and others to deliver meaningful user experiences to many.
We work in three areas key to people’s everyday lives:
Money: We work with clients and partners to inform and design person-centred solutions that promote financial capability and inclusion.
Health: We focus on person-centred research for the design of new healthcare products and explore patients’ lived experience to inform innovation.
Community: We combine person-centred research principles with technology to inform decisions that address the complex needs of a range of communities.
We are interested in applicants who have:
An interest either in research as a way of understanding human behaviour or how insights can be used to build services - or both.
A willingness to learn and work together with user researchers and service designers.
Relevant academic or work experience in user experience, design or research.
An interest in the role of technology to understand people and deliver to their needs.
A belief that a focus on people is fundamental in creating inclusive policies, products and services for social impact.
Ability to commit to a full or part time work for at least 6 weeks, ideally longer.
It would be great if:
